Role overview
An established pharmaceutical manufacturer requires an EC&I Engineer on an initial 6-month contract (outside IR35) to support a programme of instrumentation and control upgrades across a GMP-regulated site.
You will be hands-on with instrument selection, loop checks, and supporting validation activities alongside the site automation team. Day rate £450–£525 depending on experience.
Requirements
- Strong instrumentation background in a regulated environment (pharma, food or similar)
- Experience with loop checking and commissioning
- Understanding of GMP and validation principles (GAMP5 desirable)
- Available at short notice
- Right to work in the UK
