How do you charge?
Three engagement models — contingency, retained or contract — described above. We tailor the engagement to the seniority and urgency of the role. Get in touch for a quote against your specific brief.
Do you cover all five MEICA disciplines?
Yes. Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation are our only focus — that's the whole agency, not a side practice.
Where do you operate?
UK-wide. We've placed engineers across water, energy, manufacturing and infrastructure projects from Aberdeen to the South Coast.
What's your typical time-to-shortlist?
For permanent roles we aim to deliver a tight, qualified shortlist within 7–10 working days of taking a thorough brief. Urgent or niche roles can take longer — we'll be honest about timescales upfront.
Do you offer guarantees on placements?
Yes. Permanent placements come with a free-replacement guarantee if a hire doesn't work out within the agreed period. Specifics are confirmed in the engagement letter.
What about passive candidates?
Most of our placements come from engineers who weren't actively looking. We invest heavily in our specialist MEICA network and approach people directly — not just those applying to job adverts.
