Role overview
Our client, a tier-one contractor delivering across the AMP8 water framework, is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to take ownership of mechanical design packages on clean and wastewater treatment schemes.
You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams from concept through to commissioning, producing design calculations, equipment specifications and P&IDs, and supporting the site delivery team through construction.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven mechanical design experience in the water sector
- Familiarity with WIMES standards and AMP frameworks
- Strong communicator able to work across disciplines
- Right to work in the UK
